Glorious Defender Set Description
The Set is available as a drop in the Maelstrom Arena, located in the Wrothgar zone. To gain access to the Arena you must own the Orsinium DLC. The Set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Health, Weapon and Spell Damage. With its fifth piece bonus when you Bash an enemy, you gain Glorious Defense, allowing you to dodge the next attack made against you.
This set can be used as a selfish Tank Set or to create a Tanky PVP Build. Its special effect can boost the survivability of a Tank by increasing its chance to dodge attacks. The set offers nothing to your group so is not overall a good option for PVE tanking. It could be useful in a PVP scenario though, helping you to dodge attacks from enemies while boosting your Health, Weapon and Spell Damage.
