Throne and Liberty is using a classless system where players can combine skills from two different weapons to create powerful Builds and fulfill the various roles of the game. Weapon Skills synergize together in Throne and Liberty to offer a unique gameplay experience for every player. Not all Weapons are good to combine together however. Finding the right combination for you, will help you create the Build of your dreams and enjoy Throne and Liberty more!

Weapon Skills in Throne and Liberty

There are seven available Weapons in Throne and Liberty. Each Weapon offers a selection of skills that can help you create your own personal Build for the role you wish to fulfill(DPS, Tank or Healer). The available Weapons are:

The Skills you can find in every Weapon category are divided in Active, Passive and Defense. Active are the skills you can use while in combat to deal damage, buff, debuff or heal a target. They are the core of your abilities and will help you advance in the game. Passive abilities are always active and provide your character with specific effects that further assist and complement your Build. Defense skills are defensive abilities that help you survive attacks and provide additional helpful effects to your character. There is one more category of skills, which are none other than the basic attack skill of every weapon.

Each Weapon has ten(10) Active Skills, eight(8) Passive Skills, one(1) basic Attack skill and one(1)defense skill. To create a Build you pick the two Weapons you wish to combine together and choose twelve(12) Active and eight(8) Passive skills. One of the weapons will be your main and your base attack skill will be its base attack. Finally you can also pick one Defense skill to complete the Build. To unlock some skills you will need to participate in Resistance Events!

Skills Leveling in Throne and Liberty

You can upgrade your Skills in Throne and Liberty! You will need certain items to level up your skills though. Training Books can level up your Active Skills, while Improvement Books will level up your Passive Skills. Leveling up a skill makes it stronger and can even add extra effects. You do not unlock all skills at the beginning but gain access to more as you level up. It is wise to level up first the skills you are using and are vital for your Build. Additionally every Weapon skill line has its own Mastery Tree! The Mastery Tree offers three different paths to follow that can further enhance your abilities and let you fulfill a role successfully.

Crossbow Skills

The Crossbow is a ranged weapon that offers high damage abilities and several helpful buffs. A DPS oriented weapon that you can combine well with the Longbow for a mobile and highly efficient DPS Build. Below you can find all Active and Passive abilities for the Crossbow Weapon.

Merciless Barrage

The number of attacks can be increased up to 24 times each, based on the Attack Chance of the equipped Off-Hand Weapon.

ActiveDeals damage equal to 240% of Base damage + 43 and has a 70% chance to apply Collision: Push to targets within 70% range inside a 60-degree cone. On each hit, Mobility cooldown reduces by 2s.

Increases Off-Hand Weapon Attack Chance by 50% for 6s.

Wind Snatcher
ActiveA special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence.
Deals damage equal to 100% of Base Damage with a 80% chance to Weaken the target, applying Move Speed reduction by 30% for 3 sec and Move Speed increase by 30% to you for 3s. If you Weaken a target whose Move Speed you have already decreased, adds another stack of Weaken, applying Attack Speed reduction by 15% to the target for 3 sec and Attack Speed increase by 15% to you for 3s.

Sustaining Roll
DefenseMoves 4m towards the designated direction for 0.5s while defending an attack. Deals 230% of Base Damage + 13 damage to the target and Sustaining Roll changes to Slow Bullet for 3s and Off-hand Weapon Attack is activated for 3s, after successfully defending against Fury Attack. Applies Collision: Push with a 80% chance for the target within the 6m radius. The target is Stunned for 3s if collides into a wall.
Slow Bullet:  Deals 100% of Base Damage and has a 80% chance to inflict Enfeeble that decreases Move Speed by 32% for 3s. Disappears when other skills are used.
Off-Hand Weapon Attack: Activates an Off-Hand Weapon attack for the subsequent Active Skill you use.

Daggers Skills

Daggers offer a Dual Wield play style with high Burst Damage and mobility. Dagger abilities can disable and poison enemies, combining different types of status effects and Damage over Time attacks. Precision Dash
ActiveCharges at the target, dealing damage equal to 110% of Base Damage.
Rare: Damage increases equal to distance
Epic: Range increases by 10%

Stunning Blow
ActiveDeals 150% of Base Damage with a 80% chance to Stun the target for 2.5s. Targets immune to Stun are Shocked for 3s. Every Heavy Attack increases Stun duration by 1s and Shock duration by 2s.

Valiant Brawl
ActiveAttacks 3 times in a row, each attack dealing 100% of Base Damage + 25 damage. If there are other enemies within the skill's range, spreads out the attacks and delivers the last attack to the main target. The last attack to the main target deals 292% of Base Damage + 38 damage. Every time a hit becomes a heavy attack, the remaining cooldown decreases by 15%.
Rare: Consecutive attack count increases to 4
Epic: Additional last attack damage increases to 74% of Base Damage if attacking multiple targets

Will Breaker
ActiveDeals 100% of Base Damage to all enemies in a 3m semicircle to the designated direction, and decreases their Melee, Ranged, and Magic Defense by 720.

Iron Point Parry
DefenseDefends against an attack. On defending against a Fury Attack, deals damage equal to 230% of Base Damage + 27 and Iron Point Parry changes to Murderous Draw. On defending against a Fury Attack within 0.5s, deals damage with a 80% chance to Stun the target for 3s. Targets immune to Stun are Shocked for 6s.

Grip Charge
PassiveDefeating a target decreases the remaining cooldown of your Control skills by 17.5%.

Indomitable Armor
PassiveHas a 25% chance to increase Damage Reduction by 336 for 2s on being hit. Stacks up to 10 times.

Raging Frenzy
PassiveIf there are 3 or more enemies within a 5m radius, the skill's Damage Boost increases by 110.

Robust Constitution
PassiveIncreases Max Health by 700.
Rare: Health Regen increases by 84
Epic: Additional Max Health by 350

Victor's Morale
PassiveUpon dealing damage with skills, restores 23 Mana. This effect is not applied to damage over time.
Epic: Health increases by 7 upon dealing damage with a skill

Vital Force
PassiveIncreases Melee, Ranged and Magic Hit by 0.82 per 100 of current Health.
Rare: Stun Chance increases by 0.425 per 100 of current Health

Longbow is your typical ranged Bow Weapon that works well if you prefer hitting from distance and kiting your targets! Great DPS Weapon that you can combine well with Daggers and Crossbow. Below you can find all Active and Passive abilities for the Longbow Weapon.

Deadly Marker

On every Critical Hit Skill cooldowns decrease by 1% for all party members and Glory Aura cooldown decreases by 6% for you. On marking a monster, only 50% of the cooldown decrease is applied.

Icebound Tomb
ActiveDeals 160% of Base Damage + 18 damage with a 80% chance to Petrification: Freeze the target for 7.9s (15.8s for monsters). Has a 80% chance to Enfeeble that decreases Move Speed by 51% for 4s within 3m around the target.

Infernal Meteor
ActiveA Fire skill that deals 990% of Base Damage + 110 damage and has a 0% chance to inflict Collision: Push to all enemies within 4m. Additionally creates a zone that inflicts 13% of Base Damage + 22050 damage per second and has a 70% chance to apply Enfeeble: Burning for 0s.

Inferno Wave
ActiveA Fire skill that deals 280% of Base Damage + 110 damage to all enemies within 3m from the Target. Additionally deals 10% of Base Damage(per stack) to all enemies within the range if used against a target that you inflicted Burning with a 70% chance to apply Enfeeble: Burning.
Epic: Bonus damage dealt by every stack of Burning increases to 32% of Base Damage.

Inner Peace
ActiveIncreases Mana Regen by 760% for 6s. The skill becomes disabled if you move. The increase is doubled if you're wet. Mana Cost Efficiency increases by 76% for 6s after the skill is over if you're not wet.
Epic: Cooldown decreases to 60s

Judgment Lightning
ActiveA Lightning skill that deals 780% of Base Damage + 356 damage. Deals 520% of Base Damage + 237 damage to up to 5 enemies within 5m radius area, if the target is wet. This skill can be used maximum of 2 more times within 10s if it's used against a target with Enfeeble: Burning that you applied and the probability of skill recast goes up by 2.5% per stack.

Serial Fire Bombs
ActiveA Fire skill that deals 110% of Base Damage + 65 damage and inflicts Enfeeble: Burning with a 80% chance. Burning lasts for 12s and deals 1% of Base Damage + 4 damage (per stack) per second. Stacks up to 10 times. It can be used up to 3 times in a row. The casting time decreases and Mana cost increases as the skill is used consecutively. All Fire skills Enfeeble: Burning damage is equal to Serial Flame Bombs.
Rare: Burning stacks increase by 1 on Critical Hit
Epic: Apply 2 stacks of Burning with a single attack

Smokescreening Frost
ActiveCreates a 4m radius zone that lasts for 3s and teleports backwards for 8m. The Move Speed of enemies within the area decreases by 22%.
Rare: Changes to a Charge Skill that can be charged up to 2 times
The zone Duration increases to 5s

Mystic Shield
DefenseDefends against an attack. On defending against a Fury Attack within 0.5s, deals damage equal to 120% of Base Damage +12  to the attacker, and 10% additional damage against Burning enemies. Creates a Damage over Time area within a 3m radius from the target, dealing 10% per second to all enemies in the area if the target is Wet or frosted(by you). Stacks Flowing Mana up to 3 times each time you defend against a Fury Attack, which lasts for 10s.
Flowing Mana - Grants the following effects to the skills you use and disappears:
For Lightning skills, Critical Hit increases by 20% per stack.
For Fire skills, applies additionally Enfeeble: Burning per stack to the target.
For other skills, Mana cost decreases by 6% per stack.

Echoic Barrier
PassiveWhen Silenced, the Silence Duration decreases by 2s. If either Silence, Bind, Sleep is applied the resistance for the applied effect increases by 640 for 9s.

Flame Condensation

PassiveIncreases Burning damage by 57%.
Epic: Heavy Attack Chance increases by 10 per stack of Burning.

Forbidden Sanctuary
PassiveMana Cost Efficiency decreases by 15% and Still Damage Boost increase by 140.

Janice's Authority
PassiveDecreases the Skill Cooldown if a single attack damages more than two targets. 7.5% for 2 targets, 15% for 3 targets and 22.5% for 4 targets. This effect is not applied to toggle skills.

Lord of Frost
PassiveMove Speed reduction effects decrease Move Speed further by 8%, with 16% increased duration.

Mana Amp
PassiveMax Mana increases by 2660.
Epic: Max Health increases by 1200.

Manaball Eruption
PassiveShoots an additional Magic Orb that deals 60% of Base Damage with a 5% chance when Staves or Wands that shoots Magic Orbs are used. The chance increases by 0.014% per 1 Mana Regen.
Rare: Damage increases to 100% of Base Damage
Epic: Damage increases to 150% of Base Damage

Sword and Shield Skills

The Tank Weapon of Throne and Liberty! Sword and Shield allows you to provoke enemies, crowd control and deal damage but it is better suited for the role of Tanking than DPS. Deals damage equal to 725% of Base Damage + 101 to the target and the Sword skills increase damage by 20% for 6s. Has a 20% chance to activate A Shot at Victory once more. Applies an additional 5% chance increase for each target within 10m that's been inflicted by your Weaken. Applies an additional 60% increase chance if used within 3s after defending a Fury Attack.

Chain Hook

Has a 80% chance to apply Collision: Pull and decrease Move Speed by 60% for 3s. When used on boss monsters, pulls you to them.
Epic: Move Speed Reduction is changed to Bind

Counter Barrier
ActiveShield Block Chance +19% for 6s. On evading a Melee attack, using Shield Block or blocking with a Defense skill within 1.5 times the Attack Range, perform a counterattack that deals damage equal to 200% of Damage Reduction to the attacker. The counterattack damage is not affected by Critical Hit and Heavy Attack Chance.
Rare: Can even counter a ranged attack or a Magic Attack
Epic: Damage dealt by counterattacks increases to 250% of Damage Reduction.

Fierce Clash

Deals 220% of Base Damage with a 80% chance to apply Collision: Push. Has the same chance to Push enemies that collide with the target and decrease the damage they deal. The target is Stunned for 3s on colliding with a wall.

Provoking Roar
ActiveHas a 70% chance to apply Weaken: Provoke to 6 enemies within 3m for 2.9 s (3.75s against Monsters). Provoked targets direct their attacks and skills at you.
Epic: Provoke duration increases by 1.4s

Shield Strike
ActiveDeals 360% of Base Damage + 48 to the target. Shield Strike's Melee Heavy Attack Chance increases by 20 per 1% of Shield Block Chance. The target's aggression is increased greatly.
Rare: Remaining Shield Strike Cooldown decreases by 1.3s whenever you perform a successful counterattack with Counter Barrier.
Epic: Weaken the target with a 70% chance to apply Melee, Ranged and Magic Hit reduction by 250 for 6s.

Shield Throw
ActiveHurls a shield 5 times the distance of Attack Range in the selected direction. The Shield deals damage equal to 260% of Base Damage to all targets in its path before returning to you. The first skill used within 6s since the shield's return increases Melee, Ranged and Magic Heavy Attack Chance by 60. The target’s aggression is greatly increases.

Stalwart Bastion
ActiveDamage Reduction increases by 103 for 9s for you and party members within a 10m radius. The area lasts for 2s.

Epic: Cooldown decreases to 18s

Shield Survival Technique
DefenseDefends against an attack. Restores Health by 390, and Shield Survival Technique changes to Retaliatory Strike for 1.5s upon defending against a Fury Attack. Increases Damage Reduction by 81 for 6s when a Fury Attack is defended within 0.5s.
Retaliatory Strike: Deals 200% of Base Damage + 57 damage to the target. Defending Fury Attacks with Shield Survival Technique before using Retaliatory Strike increases Retaliatory Strike Damage by 65%, up to 3 times.
Rare: Stamina cost decreases to 25 when using a skill.
Epic: On defending against a Fury Attack, creates a Shield equal to 14% of Max Health for 3s.

Aegis Shield
PassiveMelee, Ranged, and Magic Defense increases by 7.6 for every 1% of Shield Block Chance.
Epic: Reduce Damage: Shield increases by 2.5%.

Skillful Evasion
PassiveRanged and Magic Evasion increases by 9 per 1m of proximity to the target, up to 150. Only applies to targets within a 10m radius.
Rare: Additional Melee, Ranged and Magic Evasion increases by up to 50, against targets you Provoked.
Epic: Additional Melee, Ranged and Magic Evasion increases by up to 120, against targets you Provoked.

Eternal Knight
PassiveA special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Improvement Books: Omnipotence.
When Health is below 20% draws out the power of eternal survival to increase Health Regen by 309% for 6 sec. Once the effect is activated, it will not activate again for 150 sec.

Gerad's Patience

PassiveOn evading, using Shield Block or blocking with a Defense skill, all CC Resistance increases by 18.75 for 3s. Stacks up to 10 times.

Impenetrable
PassiveIncreases Melee, Ranged, and Magic Defense proportional to the number of targets within a 9m radius. Increases Melee, Ranged, and Magic Defense by 179 if there are 2 or fewer targets within range, by 280 if there are 3 to 6 targets and by 700 if there are 7 or more targets.

Morale Boost
PassiveColliding the target with another applies cooldown reduction by 14% to all skills. Each subsequent collision applies cooldown reduction by 7% to all skills per Collided target, up to 3 times.

Resilient Mind
PassiveEvading an attack restores Mana by 23.2, and each successful Shield Block or Defense skill Block restores Mana by 17.7% of the damage blocked.
Rare: Additionally heals 9 Health for each successful evasion, Shield Block or Defense Skill Block.
Epic: Additionally heals 21 Health for each successful evasion, Shield Block or Defense Skill Block.

Spectrum of Agony
PassiveOn hitting a target you have Provoked, deals damage equal to 57% of Base Damage + 27 to all Provoked targets within a 3m radius.
Epic: On hitting a Provoked target, increase by 0.4s to the target's remaining Provoke duration.

Wand and Tome Skills

Wand and Tome is a Healer/Support Hybrid Weapon in Throne and Liberty. This weapon offers healing abilities for you and your party, as well as buffs and debuffs. Clay's Salvation
ActiveRestores all party members' Health within the range by 520% of Base Damage + 469.

Corrupted Magic Circle
ActiveCreates a 5m area on the designated location to deal 54% of Base Damage + 50 to all enemies within the area for 9s, and inflicts Enfeeble: Curse that deals damage per second. It does not wake up sleeping targets.
Epic: Skill Casting Time decreases to 66%

Curse Explosion
ActiveDeals 280% of Base Damage + 102. Deals 100% of the whole damage you dealt including Burning and Poison damage over time, to targets with Curse damage over time (that you applied) within 5m radius and removes every Burning, Curse, and Poison (that you applied) from them.
Rare: If Touch of Despair is applied to the target, applies Health Shield with 1000 per stack to allies for 3s.
Epic: If Touch of Despair is applied to the target, increases explosion damage by 34% of Base Damage per stack.

Cursed Nightmare
ActiveDecreases Move Speed and Attack Speed by 30% for 3s with a 80% chance, and inflicts Sleep: Curse for 6.8s afterwards (12s for monsters). Attacks on a Sleeping target becomes a Critical Hit, and wakes up the target.
Epic: All damage over time on Sleeping target increases by 100%

Karmic Haze
ActiveInflicts Enfeeble that spreads the activated Curse from the main target to up to 3 other targets within a 5m range with a 80% chance.

Ray of Disaster
ActiveFor 6s skills add 1 Mana Condensation stack when used. Survival skills add 2 stacks. During Mana Condensation, use Ray of Disaster again to deal 740% of Base Damage + 184 to all enemies in the selected direction and restore party members' Health by 620% + 94. Damage and recovery increase by 50% per Mana Condensation stack. Mana Condensation is removed afterward.

Swift Healing
ActiveRestores a friendly target's Health by 310% of Base Damage + 87.
Rare: Can be used up to 2 times consecutively and Mana Cost increases upon consecutive uses.
Epic: Additional Recovery increases by 120% of Base Damage.

Time for Punishment
ActiveApplies Enfeeble: Curse with a 90% chance. Decreases Skill Damage Resistance by 200 for 9s.

Touch of Despair
ActiveApplies Enfeeble: Curse. Deals damage over time of 25% of Base Damage + 14 per stack for 9s. Stacks up to 2 times. It does not wake up sleeping targets.
Rare: Max Stack for Curse increases to 3.
Epic: Duration of Curse increases to 2s when used on the target with 3 stacks of Touch of Despair you inflicted.

Chaotic Shield
DefenseDefends against an attack. Applies Touch of Despair to the target. On defending against a Fury Attack, applies Curse skill cooldown reduction by 0.8s. On defending against a Fury Attack within 0.5s, additionally restores 6 Stamina for all party members within range.

Full of Corruption

PassiveWhen the target you applied Enfeeble dies, your maximum damage increases by 20 for 9s.
Rare: Mana Regen for the duration increases by 28
Epic: Stacks up to 3 times.

Noble Revival
PassiveYour Skill Heal increases by 3.02% for every 1,000 Max Mana.

Saint's Oath
PassiveSkill Heal, Incoming Skill Heal, Amitoi Heal, and Recovery Crystal Heal have a 10% chance to increase by 18% for 3s when taking Skill Damage. Stacks up to 10 times.

Temptation of Darkness
PassiveEvery attack that hits a target Enfeebled by you decreases the remaining cooldown of every Curse skill by 0.14 sec.

Vampiric Contract
PassiveRestores Health of an allied target by 11% of the damage you dealt to a target under the influence of your Curse. If a friendly target is not within your Range, your Health is restored instead.
Epic: Additional Recovery increases by 3.4% of damage.

Wraith's Beckon
PassiveIncreases the Duration of Curse you inflict by 2.55s.
Epic: Curse Chance increase by 4%
