You or an ally near the blood ball can activate the Sanguine Burst synergy, dealing 2879 Disease Damage to nearby enemies and applying Major Maim for 8 seconds, decreasing their damage done by 10%. Enemies can only receive Major Maim from Sanguine Burst once every 20 seconds. The damage scales off the synergy activator's Max Health. |

Set Description
This is a defensive Monster Set that can debuff enemies and deal damage. Monster Sets have only Head and Shoulders pieces that provide unique bonuses. The head is available as a drop from the final boss in Veteran Castle Thorn Dungeon. To gain access to the dungeon you must own the Stonethorn DLC. You can get the Shoulders from Urgarlarg Chief-Bane with Undaunted Keys.You can wear both pieces to get the full set bonus or combine one piece with another piece from another Monster Set.
