5 items: Your Light and Heavy attacks apply a stack of harmful winds to your target for 5 seconds. Harmful winds deal 52 Physical Damage every 1 second. This effect can stack once every half second, up to 10 times and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

Set Description

The Set is available as a drop in the Cloudrest Trial, located in the Summerset zone. To gain access to the Trial you must own the Summerset DLC. Arms of Relequen is currently one of the best Medium Armor Sets for Stamina DPS and Hybrid roles.

Its bonuses boost your Critical Chance and apply Minor Slayer. Its fifth piece bonus applies a stack of harmful winds to your target for 5 seconds with your Light and Heavy Attacks. Harmful winds deal Physical Damage per stack. This effect scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage. It is mainly a PVE Armor Set with little use in PVP. The Set has two versions, one normal and a Perfect one. The Perfect version offers extra Stamina.
