Azureblight Reaper Set Description
The Set is available as a drop in the Lair of Maarselok Dungeon. To gain access to the Dungeon you must own the Scalebreaker DLC. The set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Stamina, Stamina Recovery and Critical Chance. With its fifth piece bonus when you deal damage with a damage over time effect, you apply a stack of Blight Seed to your target. The Blight Seed explodes, dealing Disease Damage to the target and nearby enemies, plus an additional % per enemy hit, up to 180%, scaling off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage. An enemy can only have one instance of Blight Seed at a time.
This set can be a good option for PVE mostly Builds that focus on DOT abilities a lot. Can also find some use in niche DOT based PVP Builds. The set can overwhelm your target with Disease damage thanks to its fifth piece bonus but you will have to use many Damage Over Time abilities to proc it reliably and be effective. This can happen easily in PVE where the enemies cannot react well to your abilities but is going to be harder in PVP.
