2 items: When you use a heal ability, you have a 33% chance to summon a strangler sapling that heals you or an ally for 6986 Health over 6 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds and scales off the higher of your Max Magicka or Stamina.

Set Description

Chokethorn is a nice Monster Set for Healers, good for new and veteran players. Monster Sets have only Head and Shoulders pieces that provide unique bonuses. The head is available as a drop from the final boss in Veteran Elden Hollow I Dungeon. You can get the Shoulders from Maj Al-Ragath with Undaunted Keys. You can wear both pieces to get the full set bonus or combine one piece with another piece from another Monster Set.

The Set adds Magicka Recovery and when you use a heal ability, you have a chance to summon a strangler sapling that heals you or an ally. This effect scales off the higher of your Max Magicka or Stamina.

The Set is good for new but also veteran healers in almost every PVE content. New Healers will find it especially helpful when trying to learn the ropes of their new role. The sapling can appear and help with heals frequently because of the several heal abilities you will be using. The effect is similar to other great Healer Monster Sets that can save the day like, Nightflame or Earthgore. Its trigger condition is slightly different.
