Set Description
You can buy pieces of the Set from Tel Var Vendors around the Imperial City. To gain access to the zone you must own the Imperial City DLC.
The Set’s bonuses boost your Critical Chance, Magicka Recovery, Weapon and Spell Damage. With its fifth piece bonus when you deal damage with a Light or Heavy Attack, you put a Mark of Revenge on the enemy. After stacking Marks of Revenge on an enemy they detonate with Magic Damage. You can only apply a stack once per second and the damage scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.
A Magicka DPS, Light Armor Set, decent for PVE and PVP Builds. The set’s 2 to 4 piece bonuses offer great effects for every Magicka based Build. Its fifth piece bonus can boost your overall damage with its Magic Attack explosion.
