2 items: When you deal Critical Damage, you have a 20% chance to gain a damage shield that absorbs 5000 damage for 6 seconds. While the damage shield holds, you deal 259 Frost Damage to all enemies within 5 meters of you every 1 second. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds and the damage scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

Iceheart Description

Iceheart is a Monster Set good for Magicka DPS Builds. Monster Sets have only Head and Shoulders pieces that provide unique bonuses. The head is available as a drop from the final boss in Veteran Direfrost Keep Dungeon. You can get the Shoulders from Glirion the Redbeard with Undaunted Keys. You can wear both pieces to get the full set bonus or combine one piece with another piece from another Monster Set.

Iceheart is a great defensive Monster Set that also deals Frost Damage to nearby enemies. Its bonuses make it a very good option for hard solo content, like the Maelstrom Arena but also effective in PVP.

The Set boosts your Critical Chance and has a chance to grant you a damage shield that absorbs damage when you deal Critical Damage. While the damage shield holds, you deal Frost Damage to all enemies. This effect scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage. This Monster Set is a great option to provide extra survivability to your PVE or PVP Builds. Its shield can protect you but also help with dealing Frost Damage to nearby enemies.
