The Set is available as a drop in the Blackheart Haven Dungeon in Normal and veteran difficulty. No DLC is required to access the dungeon. The Set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Health, Maximum Stamina, Weapon and Spell Damage. Its fifth piece bonus adds Weapon and Spell Damage to your One Hand and Shield abilities. When you use a One Hand and Shield ability, you heal.
A selfish Tank Set that can also boost the Weapon Damage of your One Hand and Shield abilities. This makes it a decent option for Heavy Armor PVP Builds that utilize the One Hand and Shield skill line as well. The set can work as a selfish Tank Set in PVE but since it is not offering anything to your group, it will not be the best option for harder content. The extra Heal and Damage on One Hand and Shield abilities can be helpful in PVP. The set is available with the base game.
