This set is available in Battlegrounds as a Rewards for the Worthy random drop. You can buy pieces of the set from the Battlegrounds Vendor. Available with the base game.
The Set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Magicka, Weapon and Spell Damage and Maximum Health. With its fifth piece bonus your fully-charged Heavy Attacks deal an additional damage of an enemy’s Max Health as Oblivion Damage.
Its 2 to 4 piece bonuses are very good for a Magicka DPS Build in PVP, since they are boosting all the important stats. Its fifth piece bonus can deal additional Oblivion damage to your enemies but requires a fully charged Heavy Attack. This condition makes the set’s special effect not that useful or rather hard to use.
For this reason the set is not one of the top options for PVP and would probably find use in niche setups only. The 2 to 4 piece bonuses can be used to complement other sets and boost your stats like this however.
