The Set is available as a drop in the Imperial City Prison Dungeon.
To gain access to the Dungeon you must own the Imperial City DLC.
This Set is very similar to Livewire. Its bonuses boost your Maximum Health and Healing Taken. With its fifth piece bonus when you take damage, you have a chance to summon a cloud of leeching poison under the assailant. The cloud deals Poison Damage and heals you for 100% of the damage caused.
Great option for PVE but also PVP Builds. The set can work as a great selfish, support Tank Set for PVE content thanks to the damage it deals to enemies and its self healing capabilities.
For the exact same reason, Leeching Plate can be an excellent Support Set for Tanky PVP Builds. Boosting your Health, Healing Taken, dealing Damage and healing yourself are all traits that make this set an asset for every Heavy PVP Build, for solo or group gameplay.
Since this is a Heavy Armor Set, players can use it as main, body armor in PVE and PVP to further boost their defense or only use its weapons and jewelry. Like this it can be combined with other strong Armor Sets, like Ebon Armory, for PVE.
