2 items: When you deal damage with a melee Heavy Attack, you spew a cone of corruption, dealing 1492 Disease Damage to enemies over 4 seconds. This damage is increased by 10% for each negative effect the enemies have, up to a maximum of 300%. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

Set Description

This is an offensive Monster Set that could help builds that rely on Poison – Disease Damage. Monster Sets have only Head and Shoulders pieces that provide unique bonuses. The head is available as a drop from the final boss in Veteran Lair of Maarselok. To gain access to the dungeon you must own the Scalebreaker DLC. You can get the Shoulders from Urgarlarg Chief-Bane with Undaunted Keys. You can wear both pieces to get the full set bonus or combine one piece with another piece from another Monster Set.

The set boosts your Maximum Stamina and when you deal damage with a melee Heavy Attack, you spew a cone of corruption, dealing Disease Damage to enemies. This damage is increased for each negative effect the enemies have. An offensive Stamina DPS, Monster Set for Builds that rely on Heavy Attacks.
