The Set is available as an Overland Drop in the Southern Elsweyr zone. To gain access to the zone you must own the Dragonhold DLC.

The set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Magicka and Magicka Recovery. Its fifth piece bonus increases your Movement Speed by 20% for 9 seconds when you cast a damage shield ability.

This set could find some use in niche Magicka DPS PVP Builds that are trying to achieve better speed because of the trigger condition.
