Set Description
Perfect Spectral Cloak is a special Ability Altering Set, obtainable from the Blackrose Prison Arena. The Set belongs to a special category of Sets called Blackrose Weapons, that represent a category of in-game weapons each. This is basically The Blackrose Dual Wield, available as a random drop from defeating the last boss of the Blackrose Prison Arena. The Set drops in every available Dual Wield Weapon version, Sword, Axe, Mace and Dagger. Activating Blade Cloak while in combat allows you to gain Spectral Cloak whenever Blade Cloak deals damage, reducing your Damage Taken and increasing your Damage Done.
To benefit from this Set you must use the Blade Cloak Dual Wield Skill or its Morphs. Can be used effectively in PVE Builds or PVP Builds that use Blade Cloak and its morphs to deal damage and protect themselves. Divine Wrath is a nice example of a PVP Build that could use the Set with success. The Set has a normal and a Perfect Version. Its Perfect Version adds Stamina Recovery and drops from the Blackrose Prison Arena in Veteran difficulty.
