Description
Chaotic Whirlwind is a special Ability Altering Set, obtainable from the Asylum Sanctorium Trial. The Set belongs to a special category of Sets called Asylum Weapons, that represent a category of in-game weapons each. This is basically The Asylum’s Dual Wield, available as a random drop from defeating the last boss of the Asylum Sanctorium Trial.
The set adds Critical Chance and when you cast Whirlwind, you gain a stack of Chaotic Whirlwind, granting you Movement Speed per stack. While Chaotic Whirlwind is active, you gain Weapon and Spell Damage for every bonus Movement Speed you have. At 5 stacks, the duration doubles but cannot be refreshed.
To benefit from this Set you must use the Whirlwind Dual Wield Skill or its Morphs. Can be used effectively by Stamina DPS PVE or PVP Builds that use Whirlwind, its morphs and other Dual Wield Abilities to deal damage. The Set has a normal and a Perfected Version. Its Perfected Version adds Critical Chance.
