Phoenix Set Description
You can buy pieces of the Set from Tel Var Vendors in the Imperial City. To gain access to the zone you must own the Imperial City DLC. The Set is available in all three alliances style from the Tel Var vendor. The Set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Magicka, Magicka Recovery, Weapon and Spell Damage. With its fifth piece bonus when you take damage while low on Health, gain a damage shield that absorbs damage and deals Flame Damage to nearby enemies. This effect scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.
Its 2 to 4 piece bonuses can boost the Magicka Sustain and offensive capabilities of Magicka DPS or Support builds in PVE or PVP. Its fifth piece bonus can be an asset when dealing with multiple enemies thanks to its shield and AOE damage. The set’s special effect can be useful in almost every scenario, from PVE AOE Builds to Magicka DPS PVP ones.
