The Set’s bonuses boost your Offensive Penetration, Weapon and Spell Damage. With its fifth piece bonus when dealing direct damage causes player enemies to become a Plague Carrier, dealing Disease Damage and applying the Diseased status effect. If the plague is removed early, it explodes and deals Disease Damage to all enemies near the carrier, increasing by a % per enemy hit. A Stamina DPS Set for disease and poison based builds.
