Point-Blank Snipe is a special Ability Altering Set, obtainable from the Vateshran Hollows Arena. The Set belongs to a special category of Sets called Vateshran Weapons, that represent a category of in-game weapons each. Point-Blank Snipe is basically The Vateshran’s Bow, available as a random drop from defeating the last boss of the Vateshran Hollows Arena in normal difficulty. The Set increases your damage done with Snipe based on how close you are to your target.
