Sheer Venom Set Description
The Set is available as a drop in the Imperial City Prison Dungeon. To gain access to the Dungeon you must own the Imperial City DLC. The Set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Stamina and Damage. With its fifth piece bonus when you deal damage with an Execute ability you infect the enemy, dealing Poison Damage and dealing up to 100% more damage to enemies under 100% Health. This effect scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.
This is an excellent, offensive Stamina DPS Set for normal and Gank PVP Builds. Its 2 to 4 piece bonuses increase your Damage and Maximum Stamina, boosting your offensive capabilities. Its fifth piece bonus can be powerful when using an execute ability against a low health enemy. The additional Poison damage will almost certainly finish the target and get you the kill. Because of its fifth piece bonus the set could be used in certain PVE Builds as well, to boost your damage even more when using an execute ability.
Classes with strong execute abilities, like the Nightblade or Builds that utilize Execute abilities from the Weapon Skill lines will find this Set very useful. Kunoichi is a nice example of a Stamina Nightblade Melee Gank PVP Build that can use this Medium Armor Set with success. It has a medium difficulty to farm since it drops in the Imperial City Prison Dungeon in Veteran and Normal Difficulty. To gain access into the Dungeon however, you will have to own the Imperial City DLC.
