Shield Breaker Set Description
You can buy pieces of the Set from Tel Var Vendors in the Imperial City. To gain access to the zone you must own the Imperial City DLC. The Set is available in all three alliances style. The Set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Stamina, Stamina Recovery and Damage. Its fifth piece bonus increases your damage done. This effect is doubled when attacking targets with a damage shield active.
A decent starter Stamina DPS Armor Set for PVE or PVP Builds. Its 2 to 4 piece bonuses will help you with Stamina sustain and boost your damage. Its fifth piece bonus is a good option to boost your overall damage. Classes with no access to buffs that can further boost damage can use the set to achieve this. It can be helpful in PVE but also PVP if you are new to the game. The damage is getting an additional boost if you are fighting enemies that utilize damage shields.
