Description
You can buy pieces of the Set from Tel Var Vendors around the Imperial City. To gain access to the zone you must own the Imperial City DLC. The Set is available in all three alliances style from the Tel Var vendor.
The Set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Stamina, Stamina Recovery and Damage. Its fifth piece bonus increases your damage done. This effect is doubled when attacking targets with a damage shield active.
A decent starter Stamina DPS Armor Set for PVE or PVP Builds.
Its 2 to 4 piece bonuses will help you with Stamina sustain and boost your damage. Its fifth piece bonus is a good option to boost your overall damage. Classes with no access to buffs that can further boost damage can use the set to achieve this.
It can be helpful in PVE but PVP as well if you are new. The damage is getting an additional boost if you are fighting enemies that utilize damage shields.
