This set is available in Cyrodiil from PVP activities. The set is available in every Alliances’ style, Aldmeri Dominion, Daggerfall Covenant, Ebonheart Pact. The Set’s bonuses boost your Damage and Critical Chance. With its fifth piece bonus your melee Light Attacks place a ring on the ground that explodes, applying Heal Absorption to all enemies hit, negating the next points of Healing Done.
A Stamina DPS Set, decent for PVP Builds. Its special effect has a delay which makes it easier to evade. Its effect is rather weak but it can be a nice option when fighting against several enemies in a group versus group fight. The set is available with the base game.
