The Set is available as an Overland Drop in the Stormhaven zone. No DLC is required to access the zone.

The Set’s bonuses boost your Armor and Maximum Health. With its fifth piece bonus when you take non-Physical Damage, you deal Shock Damage to all enemies within 5 meters of you every 2 seconds for 6 seconds. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

A selfish Tank Set for PVE mostly gameplay that can also work in PVP. Its 2 to 4 piece bonuses are great for every Tank or Heavy Armor based Build. Its special effect though deals shock damage to all enemies nearby but does not provide anything else to your group. This makes it not the best option for harder PVE content.

The set is available with the base game as an overland drop from the Stormhaven zone.
