This set is available in Cyrodiil from PVP activities. You can buy its pieces from the Vlastarus Vendor. The set is available in every Alliances’ style, Aldmeri Dominion, Daggerfall Covenant, Ebonheart Pact.
The Set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Health and Armor. With its fifth piece bonus when you take damage while under 30%Â Health, heal immediately and gain Armor. This effect scales off your Max Health.
A Tank Set for PVE or PVP Gameplay. Its 2 to 4 piece bonuses can boost your Maximum Health and Armor. Its special effect will boost your survivability and can help PVE Tanks as well as Tanky Builds for PVP.
This is a selfish set that does not offer anything to your group, so it will not be very helpful for harder PVE content.
The set is available with the base game and you can buy its pieces from the Vlastarus vendor in Cyrodiil.
