Thunder Caller Set Description
The Set is available as a drop in the Red Petal Bastion Dungeon in normal and veteran difficulty. To gain access to the Dungeon you must own the Waking Flame DLC. The Set’s bonuses boost your Offensive Penetration, Weapon Damage and Spell Damage. With its fifth piece bonus when dealing damage with a fully-charged Heavy Attack calls a bolt of lightning at your target, dealing Shock Damage and leaving a lightning crater at their location, dealing Shock Damage per second to enemies inside. This effect scales off of the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage. A DPS Set, good for Magicka DPS and Stamina DPS Builds, that deals AOE Shock damage and can be useful to shock based Builds in PVE or PVP.
