Set Description
The crafting stations for this set can be found in Rimmen Masterworks around the Northern Elsweyr zone. To gain access to the zone you must own the Elsweyr DLC. This set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Stamina, Maximum Health, Maximum Magicka, Magicka Recovery and Stamina Recovery. Its fifth piece bonus gives you and an ally Weapon and Spell Damage as well as a % cost reduction to non-Ultimate abilities when you resurrect that ally.
A decent support PVP Armor Set thanks to the boost to your resources. The fifth piece bonus however is not that strong. The problem is the trigger condition. To actually get the boost to weapon and spell damage and the cost reduction one of your allies will have to die first and you will have to resurrect them. The set could find some use in open world PVP support Builds as a Support-Healer Set, where it is easier to resurrect fallen allies amid the chaos of battle.
Its 2 to 4 piece bonuses are quite good however and could be an asset in a support PVP Build for the boost to resources and recovery but even then another support set, like Shacklebreaker for example, might be a better option.
