Werewolf Berserker is a World ability, found in the Werewolf Skill Line. A Werewolf Ultimate that deals great Damage and boosts Stamina Recovery.

CRIMINAL ACT Transform into a beast, fearing nearby enemies for 3 seconds. While transformed, your Light Attacks apply a bleed for 3716 Physical Damage over 4 seconds, your Heavy Attacks deal 50% splash damage, and your Maximum Stamina is increased by 30%. While slotted, your Stamina Recovery is increased by 15%.

Werewolf Berserker is a morph of the Werewolf Transformation base skill. The other morph is Pack Leader.
