2 items: When you deal Critical damage with a Light or Heavy Attack, you have a 33% chance to tether to your enemy for 10 seconds as long as you remain within 8 meters of them. Enemies touching the tether take 145 Flame Damage every 1 second, increasing by 100% per tick and are afflicted with the Burning status effect. This effect can occur once every 20 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

Set Description

Zaan is a Monster Set for Magicka DPS Builds mostly. Monster Sets have only Head and Shoulders pieces that provide unique bonuses. The head is available as a drop from the final boss in Veteran Scalecaller Peak Dungeon. To gain access to the dungeon you must own the Dragon Bones DLC. You can get the Shoulders from Urgarlarg Chief-Bane with Undaunted Keys. You can wear both pieces to get the full set bonus or combine one piece with another piece from another Monster Set.

The set boosts your Critical Chance and when you deal Critical damage with a Light or Heavy Attack, you have a chance to tether to your enemy .
