Instigation Starfield
Instigation is a Social Skill in Starfield that forces target NPC below your level or higher to attack their allies!

| 1. You can force a target NPC at or below your level to attack their allies for a limited time. 2. You can force a target PC up to 10 levels higher than you to attack their allies for a limited time. 3. You can force a target NPC up to 20 levels higher than you to attack their allies for a limited time. 4. Enemies affected by Instigation will attack their allies until they are dead. |
To unlock each Rank of the Skill above rank 1, you need to complete a challenge. The challenges for the Instigation Ranks are:
- Rank 1: Successfully Instigate 5 different people.
- Rank 2: Successfully Instigate 25 different people.
- Rank 3: Successfully Instigate 50 different people.
