Cooldown: 30s
Type: Control
Shoots an arrow that has a 90% chance to mark the target for 9s. Attacking the Marked Target, increases the user's Melee, Ranged and Magic Critical Hit Chances by 100 and 100 for your party members. Each Critical Hit, decreases all skill cooldowns by 1% for the user and party members. Attacking Marked monsters decreases all skill cooldowns by 50%, stacking up to 100 times.
