Fatal Stigma

Area Damage.
Range Increase.
Cooldown Resets.
Damage Increase.

Fatal Stigma
Cost: 130 Cooldown: 27s Type: Control
Leaves a Stigma on the target, that decreases Healing Received by 60% for 3s. At the end of the duration the target takes 325% of Base Damage + 51 damage. Each stack of the user's Poison or Thunderclouds active on the target increases damage by 3% against normal targets and by 40% against monsters. Lv.1-Lv.5 Damage increase 325% + 51 / 325% + 55 / 335% + 59 / 335% + 63 / 345% + 68 Damage to Poisoned increase 3% / 3.3% / 3.6% / 3.9% / 4.2%
