How to Get Frenzied Mutilation in Throne and Liberty
You can craft the Dagger with a Dimensional Essence: Desire and other items! To create the Dimensional Essence: Desire item you need:
- Dimensional Soul Shard: Kertaki x20 (Island of Terror)
- Dimensional Soul Shard: Shakarux x20 (Voidwastes)
- Dimensional Soul Shard: Turka x20 (Valley of Slaughter)
- Dimensional Soul Shard: Gaitan x20 (Carmine Rage Island)
- Dimensional Soul Shard: Kaligras x20 (Torture Chamber of Screams)
You can get the above items by completing the appropriate Tier 2 Level 50 Dungeon.
