Passive Skill Type: Control
Weaken effects decrease Movement Speed by an additional 3.8% and their duration increases by 7.6%. On a successful Basic Attack hit, applies Frost effect to targets within a 3m radius area from the primary target for 3s. Does not add stacks to targets already affected by Frost. Lv.1-Lv.5 Move Speed reduction 3.8% / 4.1% / 4.4% / 4.7% / 5% Move Speed reduction Duration increase 7.6% / 8.2% / 8.8% / 9.4% / 10%
