Guaranteed Consecutive Use.
Guaranteed Damage Transfer.
Chain Damage.

Judgment Lightning
Cost: 275 Cooldown: 30s Type: Attack
Strikes the target with Lightning that deals 630% of Base Damage + 166 damage. Using the skill on a target affected by the user's Wet or Frost effects transfers 420% + 110 damage to up to 5 nearby targets within a 5m radius. Increases damage by 40% against monsters. Using the skill on a target with the user's Burning effect grants a 2.5% chance per stack to use the skill 2 times in a row. Landing a Heavy Attack immediately enables the second use. Landing another Heavy Attack after decreases the cooldown by 30%. Lv.1-Lv.5 Damage increase 630% + 166 / 630% + 179 / 650% + 193 / 650% + 206 / 670% + 220 When wet, AOE Damage increase 420% + 110 / 420% + 119 / 433% + 128 / 433% + 137 / 446% + 146
