Colliding a target decreases the remaining cooldowns for all skills by 14%. Each subsequent collision on a target decreases the remaining cooldowns for all skills by 1.4%, up to 3 times. Lv.1-Lv.5 Remaining Cooldown reduction 1.4% / 1.8% / 2.2% / 2.6% / 3%
