Outpost Management is a Social Skill in Starfield that allows you to add more links, robots and crew to your Outposts!

To unlock each Rank of the Skill above rank 1, you need to complete a challenge. The challenges for the Outpost Management Ranks are:
- Rank 1: Build cargo links on 6 different planets.
- Rank 2: Construct 8 robots at outposts.
- Rank 3: Construct 10 robots at outposts.
