Pain Tolerance is a Physical Skill in Starfield that reduces physical damage taken in the game!

| 1. Physical damage is reduced by 5%. 2. Physical damage is reduced by 10%. 3. Physical damage is reduced by 15%. 4. 5% chance to ignore physical damage when your health is low. |
To unlock each Rank of the Skill above rank 1, you need to complete a challenge. The challenges for the Pain Tolerance Ranks are:
- Rank 1: Take 250 points of physical damage.
- Rank 2: Take 500 points of physical damage.
- Rank 3: Take 1000 points of physical damage.
