Provoking Roar

Provoking Roar is a Sword and Shield Weapon Skill in Throne and Liberty. For all available Skills, you can check my Throne and Liberty Weapons Skills Guide! Provoking Roar offers the following Skill Specializations:

  • Cleaving Roar. Cannot be stacked with Effect Duration increase.
  • Effect Duration increase. Cannot be stacked with Cleaving Roar.
  • Cooldown reduction.
  • Bonus Damage.

Cooldown: 30s
Type: Control
Has a 70% chance to Provoke up to 6 opponents within 3m radius for 2s, forcing them to attack the user. Has a 100% chance to Provoke against monsters and increases the effect duration to 3s.
