Type: Survival
Removes 1 debuff effect from a selected ally. Successfully removing a debuff effect increases the user's Attack Speed by 13% for 3s. Debuff Removal Priority:
1. Confinement
2. Movement Restriction
3. Weaken Effects
Removes up to 20 stacks of Weaken.
