How to Get Slaughterer’s Cover in Throne and Liberty

You can get this Cloak as a random reward by completing the Torture Chamber of Screams Level 50 Dungeon! You need at least 450 Contract Tokens: Dimension to have a chance for a reward after defeating the Last Boss and completing the Dungeon. You can also craft the Cloak with Dimensional Soul Shards: Kaligras, that you get from the same Dungeon.
