Cost: 80 Cooldown: 6s Type: Attack
Deals 360% of Base Damage + 16 damage. Weakens the target with a 70% chance to decrease Magic, Melee and Ranged Hit Chances by 250 for 6s. Shield Strike's Melee Heavy Attack Chance increases by 20 per 1% of Shield Block Chance. Each successful Counterattack with Counter Barrier decreases Shield Strike's cooldown by 1.3s. Aggro generation towards the target greatly increases. Lv.1-Lv.5 Damage increase 360% + 16 / 360% + 24 / 385% + 32 / 385% + 40 / 415% + 48
