Harpooner’s Wading Kilt is a powerful Mythic Set, that boosts Critical Chance and Critical Damage. This makes it one of the best Sets for the role of DPS in the game! Its main drawback is that you lose Critical Chance and Damage when you take direct damage. Which makes it better against stationary targets.

Mora’s Whispers is a great alternative to Harpooner’s Wading Kilt. It can boost your Critical Chance but this depends on how many books of Shalidor’s Library you have collected with each character. No drawbacks like Harpooner’s but you will have to collect lots of Books before it can be an asset for your Build.

Because of this the Set is great for Arcanist Builds that mostly use Fatecarver to deal damage!

Great option in a controlled environment with few threats(stationary target with tank holding aggro for example).
