The Set is perfect for Magicka based Builds but also Frost Damage Based builds, like Ice Queen or Blizzard! It drops in the Dreadsail Reef Trial in High Isle, so the High Isle DLC is necessary to farm it! Its perfected version adds extra Critical Chance, which makes it slightly better than the normal one!
