What are the Best Magicka Sets for DPS in ESO

Below you can find the best Armor Sets for the role of DPS in ESO! These are amazing Damage focused Armor Sets that will help you maximize your DPS with their unique effects and bonuses! There are several more worthy Sets you can use with success but those are the 10 Magicka Sets every damage dealer must have in ESO! The Best Magicka Sets for DPS are:

1. Whorl of the Depths

Whorl of the Depths is the Top Magicka Set for DPS in ESO right now! A powerful Set that deals Frost damage and can boost your overall DPS! The Set is perfect for Magicka based Builds but also Frost Damage Based builds, like Ice Queen or Blizzard! It drops in the Dreadsail Reef Trial in High Isle, so the High Isle DLC is necessary to farm it! Its perfected version adds extra Critical Chance, which makes it slightly better than the normal one!

2. Mantle of Siroria

Mantle of Siroria is another powerful Magicka Set and a great alternative to Whorl of the Depths! The Set boosts damage when you deal Light or Heavy Attacks! It is better to use it with a Light Attack Weaving Build! The Set drops in the Cloudrest Trial in Summerset, so the Summerset DLC is necessary to farm it! Its Perfected version adds extra Weapon and Spell Damage, which makes it slightly better than the normal one. In general this is an easy Set to farm from the Cloudrest Trial.

3. Bahsei’s Mania

Bahsei’s Mania is another alternative Set that can boost your Damage based on your missing Magicka. Easier to use with Magicka Builds but Hybrid Setups can use it as well. This set adds significant micro-management to your game so it is not as easy to use as the previous two. It drops in the Rockgrove Trial in Blackwood, so you will need the Blackwood DLC to farm it.

4. Aegis Caller

Aegis Caller is another potent DPS Set that can assist Magicka based Builds! Because it requires Martial melee attacks to trigger it though, it will mostly be useful to Hybrid Builds that are using melee weapons! It summons a Lesser Aegis that deals Bleed AOE damage over Time! You can farm its pieces in the Unhallowed Grave Dungeon in Normal or Veteran difficulty. You will need the Harrowstorm DLC to access the Dungeon!

5. Pillar of Nirn

Pillar of Nirn is a potent DPS Set that can assist both Stamina and Magicka Builds! It boosts your offensive stats and deals Bleed AOE damage over time to enemies in an area! Pillar is a great set for ranged Magicka Builds but also Hybrid Magicka based Builds that are using melee weapons! You can farm its pieces in the Falkreath Hold Dungeon in Normal or Veteran difficulty. You will need the Horns of the Reach DLC to access the Dungeon!

6. Berserking Warrior

Berserking Warrior or Advancing Yokeda is a Heavy Armor Set that can boost your DPS! The Set boosts your Critical Chance when dealing damage with melee attacks. Magicka Builds and Hybrid Builds can use only its Weapons and Jewelry if they want to be effective wearing it! Melee weapons are necessary to trigger its effect. The Set drops in the Hel Ra Citadel Trial in Craglorn and is available with the base game! No DLC is required to farm it.

7. Ansuul’s Torment

Ansuul’s Torment is a great alternative Set for DPS, that boosts your overall damage against Monsters! Its special effect makes it a strictly PVE Armor Set. Its pieces drop in the Sanity’s Edge Trial, located in the Telvanni Peninsula zone, which means that you will need the Necrom DLC to access the Trial!

8. Cinders of Anthelmir

Cinders of Anthelmir is a powerful Magicka based Set that can boost your overall DPS! This set summons a Cindermoth when you deal damage, that seeks the closest enemy and explodes, dealing Fire damage and Burning to all enemies nearby. A strong Fire Damage Set that also applies the Burning Status Effect in a wide area and multiple enemies. You can farm the Cinders of Anthelmir Set inside the Oathsworn Pit Dungeon. The Scions of Ithelia DLC is necessary to access the Dungeon.

9. Runecarver’s Blaze

Runecarver’s Blaze is another Fire Damage based Set that boosts your offensive stats and deals additional Fire Damage. The Set deals extra damage every third tick of your Damage over Time effects, which makes it a powerful option for DoT based Builds in ESO! You can farm the Runecarver’s Blaze Set inside the Scrivener’s Hall Dungeon. The Scribes of Fate DLC is necessary to access the Dungeon.

10. Order’s Wrath

Order’s Wrath is a crafted Set that can assist you with DPS! It boosts your Critical Chance, Damage and Healing, which makes it a rather flexible set for PVE! You can wear this Set as a group or solo DPS Build! Must be careful to not go over the critical damage cap when in an organized group! This is a Crafted Set with crafting stations in High Isle, so the High Isle DLC is required to craft it! Alternatively you can buy the Set from other players.
