How to Farm Overland Sets in ESO

You can farm Overland Sets by completing specific activities and defeating specific opponents in the appropriate zone! Every Overland activity in ESO drops specific types of gear, so in order to collect a Set you will have to complete these activities, based on the gear piece you are after. This is where you can farm each piece for Overland Sets in ESO:

  • Delve Bosses have a chance to drop a Waist or Feet piece from Sets in the zone.
  • Public Dungeon Bosses have a chance to drop a Shoulders, Hand or Weapon piece from Sets in the zone.

Mother’s Sorrow is an excellent option to boost your Critical Chance! Like this you can deal critical damage more often and boost your DPS. Very good Overland Set for new and veteran players. A Light Armor Set that drops in the Deshaan zone. No DLC is required to access the zone.

It is also an easy to farm alternative to Berserking Warrior, since you can find its pieces in the Southern Elsweyr zone. The Dragonhold DLC is necessary to enter the zone.

Gryphon’s Ferocity is a fun and potent Overland Set for DPS! It boosts Critical Chance but also buffs you with Minor Force and Expedition. Good Damage Set that you can farm in the Summerset zone. The Summerset DLC is required to access the zone!

7. Defiler

Defiler is a poison based Set that can help you increase your damage whether you are focused on Poison damage based effects or not! The Set summons a Hunger that deals Poison damage to enemies offering a nice DPS boost to your Build. Great Set to wear if you wish to create a Poison based Build, like my Toxin Poison DPS Build! The set drops in the Vvardenfell zone and the Morrowind DLC is necessary to access it.

War Maiden is a great Overland Set if you wish to boost your Magic based DPS! It boosts the damage of your Magic based abilities, which makes it a great option for Classes with a lot of Magic damage based skills. These Classes are:

Shadow of the Red Mountain is a nice Hybrid Set that adds extra Fire Damage! When you deal damage with a weapon, the set spawns a volcano that deals Fire damage to enemies.
