Siphon Spirit is a Weapon Skill, found in the Restoration Staff Skill Line.

Also applies Minor Magickasteal to the enemy for 30 seconds, causing you and your allies to restore 168 Magicka every 1 second when damaging them. |
Siphon Spirit is a morph of the Force Siphon base skill. The other morph is Quick Siphon.
