Throne and Liberty Crossbow Skills
Crossbow Skills are Throne and Liberty Weapon Skills that will help you create powerful Builds in the game! Throne and Liberty is using a classless system where players can combine skills from two different weapons to create powerful Builds and fulfill the various roles of the game. Weapon Skills synergize together in Throne and Liberty to offer a unique gameplay experience for every player. Not all Weapons are good to combine together however.
There are eight available Weapons in Throne and Liberty. Each Weapon offers a selection of skills that can help you create your own personal Build for the role you wish to fulfill(DPS, Tank or Healer). The available Weapons are:
Each Weapon offers Active Skills, Passive Skills, one(1) basic Attack skill and one(1)defense skill. To create a Build you pick the two Weapons you wish to combine together and choose twelve(12) Active, eight(8) Passive skills and one Defense skill.
Crossbow Skills List in Throne and Liberty
The Crossbow is a ranged weapon that offers high damage abilities and several helpful buffs. A DPS oriented weapon that you can combine well with the Longbow or the Dagger for a mobile and highly efficient DPS Build. Below you can find all Active and Passive abilities for the Crossbow Weapon.

![]() Merciless Barrage | Active | Aim both crossbows at a selected direction to fire 16 arrows in a row. The arrows deal 19% of Base Damage + 3 damage to the initial target within range. Attacking the same target increases damage by 8% each hit, stacking up to 10 times. A higher Off-Hand Double Attack Chance can increase the number of arrows up to 24. Lv.1-Lv.5 Damage Increase 19% + 3 / 19% + 4 / 20% + 5 / 20% + 6 / 21% + 7 |
![]() Mortal Mark | Active | Fires an arrow that deals 200% of Base Damage + 14 damage. The arrow has a 100% chance to Weaken the target with a detonating Mark for 3s. Stacks up to 2 times and explodes even when stacked, dealing the accumulated damage and resetting the accumulation. Marked targets receive 60% less Healing and take additional 15% of Base Damage + 1 damage per attack, accumulating the user's damage dealt on the Marked target for the duration. When the effect ends, the Mark detonates, dealing additional damage equal to 10% of the total accumulated damage dealt. The mark's accumulating damage is only applied to one target. ![]() Selfless Diffusion | Active | Increases Off-Hand Double Attack Chance by 30% for 6s. Successfully applying a stack of Weaken effects within the duration decreases all skill cooldowns by 0.15s. However, having 2 stacks or more only decreases all skill cooldowns by 0.03s. Each successful attack landed on the target increases the durations of all Weaken effects applied by the user by 0.05s. The cooldown decreases effect can be stacked up to 10 times within 1 sec. Does not decrease the cooldown for Selfless Diffusion. Lv.1 - Lv.5 Off-Hand Weapon Attack Chance increase 30% / 35% / 40% / 45% / 50% Cooldown reduction 0.15s / 0.165s / 0.18s / 0.195s / 0.21s if more than 2 stacks, cooldown reduction 0.03s / 0.033s / 0.036s / 0.039s / 0.042s |
![]() Wind Snatcher | Active | A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Growth Book: Omnipotence. Fires an arrow to deal 100% of Base Damage with a 80% chance to inflict a Weaken effect that decreases the target's Movement Speed by 30% for 3 sec as well as increases the user's Movement Speed by 30% for 3s. Using the skill on a target with a Movement Speed reduction debuff applied by the user adds another stack of Weaken and Binds the target for 2s, decreasing the target's Attack Speed by 15% for 3s while increasing the user's Attack Speed by 15% for 3s. Lv.1 - Lv.5 Move Speed increase 30% / 34% / 40% / 44% / 50% Attack Speed increase 15% / 17% / 20% / 22% / 25% |
![]() Weak Point Shot | Active | Fires a flashy arrow that deals 500% of Base Damage + 135 Damage. Using the skill on a target casting a Fury Attack has a 80% chance to inflict a Weaken effect that increases all party members' Critical Damage by 13% for 6s against the target. Requires the Precious Skill Growth Book: Omnipotence to upgrade this skill. Lv.1 - Lv.5 Critical Damage increase 13% / 14.6% / 17% / 18.6% / 21% |
![]() Rupturing Parry | Defense | Defends against attacks. On defending against a Fury Attack while stationary, deals 115% of Base Damage + 7 to the attacker. If the Fury Attack is blocked within 0.5s, Vampiric Attack is also activated for 3s. Wrath Attacks cannot be defended. Use the directional buttons to defend against attacks while moving 4m to the designated location for 0.5s. On defending against a Fury or Wrath Attack, deals 230% of Base Damage + 14 to the current target, and Rupturing Parry changes to Binding Shot for 3s. Activates Off-Hand Weapon Attack for 3s. Attacking a target within 6m with Rupturing Parry has a 80% chance of applying Collision: Push. On colliding with a wall, the target is Stunned for 3s. Binding Shot - Deals 100% of Base Damage with a 80% chance of binding the target for 2s. Ends when other skills are used. Vampiric Attack - Every time you land an attack, Health regenerates by 5% of the damage dealt. Off-Hand Weapon Attack - Activates an Off-Hand Weapon attack for the next skill used.
