Diablo 4 Unique Items
Unique Items in Diablo 4 are special items that offer powerful effects to your character and define your gameplay! They are rare to find and can be Class specific or suitable for every Class in Diablo 4! Unique items are divided in normal Uniques and Uber Uniques, which are even rarer and harder to find. Every new Season in Diablo 4 adds a few more Unique items.

How Do you Get Unique Items in Diablo 4
Unique items can only drop in the higher World Difficulties III(Nightmare) and IV(Torment). Which means that in order to get Unique items you must first complete the Campaign of the game and clear the World Tier II Capstone Dungeon. After switching your difficulty to World Tier III, you will be able to drop and use Unique items.
It is possible to get a Unique item from most activities in Diablo 4! Nightmare Dungeons offer the best chance to obtain Uniques, while opening Helltide Chests and defeating Overland enemies can also reward you with one. You can also target farm Uber Bosses for a chance to drop specific Unique items! There are a few activities that do not drop Unique Items. These are:
So there is no reason to waste time on them if you are after Unique Items!
Unique Items List in Diablo 4
Below you can find a list of all available Unique items in the game. They are divided in General Unique Items, Uber Uniques and Class specific Uniques.
Uber Unique Items in Diablo 4
Uber Unique Items are the rarest of Unique Items, that also offer more powerful effects. They are available to every Class and can really transform your Build. They can drop from the same sources as every other Unique item but the enemies must be 85 level and above and they have an extremely low chance to drop! These are the available Uber Unique Items:
|Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander
|Gain a random Shrine effect for 10-20 seconds after killing an Elite enemy. Can only occur once every 30 seconds.
|Lucky Hit: Up to a [15-20]% chance to trigger a poison nova that applies x Poisoning damage over 5 seconds to enemies in the area.
|Lucky Hit: Up to a [15-25]% chance to deal X Shadow damage to surrounding enemies and reduce their damage done by 20% for 5 seconds.
|Gain [10-20]% Damage Reduction. In addition, gain +4 Ranks to all Skills.
|Melted Heart of Selig
|Gain 60 maximum Resource. 75% of incoming damage drains 2 Resource for every 1% of Life you would have lost instead.
|Ring of Starless Skies
|Spending resources reduces your resource costs and increases your damage by x10% for 3 seconds, up to 40%.
|Increases your Critical Strike Damage by [60-100]%.
General Unique Items
Below you can find all General Unique Items. Every Class in the game can use those and benefit from their effects.
|Banished Lord's Talisman
|After you spend 300 of your Primary Resource, your next Core Skill is guaranteed to Overpower. Your Critical Strikes that Overpower deal 80-120% increased damage.
|Fists of Fate
|Your attacks randomly deal 1% to [200-300]% of their normal damage.
|Each enemy you Evade through reduces your active Ultimate Cooldown by 2-4 seconds, up to 10 seconds.
|Lucky Hit: Up to a [15-25]% chance to Freeze enemies for 2 seconds.
|When you Stun, Freeze, or Immobilize an Elite enemy, or damage a Boss, it pulls in nearby enemies. You deal 30-60% increased damage to them for 3 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 12 seconds.
|If a Core Skill hits 4 or more enemies, [20-40]% of the Resource cost is refunded.
|Damaging enemies with a cast Non–Basic Skill marks them for 3 seconds. When a Basic Skill first hits a marked enemy, the Basic Skill's damage is echoed to all marked enemies, dealing 100–200%[x] increased damage.
|You leave behind a trail of frost that Chills enemies. You deal [7-10]% more damage to Chilled enemies.
|Gain X Thorns.
|Your Healing Potion no longer Heals instantly, instead it grants a Barrier for 200% of the healing for 4 seconds. While you have a Barrier, you gain 10-20% Damage Reduction.
|Tassets of the Dawning Sky
|When you take damage from a Non-Physical damage type, you gain +6-10% Maximum Resistance to that damage type for 6 seconds. This effect can only apply to one damage type at a time.
|Effects that Heal you beyond 100% Life grant you a Barrier up to [40-80]% of your Maximum Life that lasts for 8 seconds.
|The Butcher's Cleaver
|Lucky Hit: When you Critically Strike an enemy you have up to a 100% chance to Fear and Slow them by [61-75]% for 4 seconds.
|You deal 20-40% increased damage while Unstoppable and for 4 seconds after. When you become Unstoppable, gain 50 of your Primary Resource.
|X'Fal's Corroded Signet
|Lucky Hit: Your damage over time effects have up to a 50% chance to erupt, dealing 5.0-6.0 damage of the same type to Nearby enemies.
Malignant Rings in Diablo 4
Malignant Rings are unique rings that are based on popular Malignant Powers from the first Season of Diablo 4! Each Ring offers a unique effect to the Class that can wear it. The available Malignant Rings are:
|Airidah's Inexorable Will
|When casting an Ultimate Skill and again 5 seconds after, Pull in Distant enemies and deal 0.5-1.0 Physical damage to them. This damage is increased by 1%[x] per 1 point of Willpower you have.
|Ring of Red Furor
|After spending 100 Fury within 3 seconds, your next cast of Hammer of the Ancients, Upheaval, or Death Blow is a guaranteed Critical Strike and deals 10—30% [x] bonus Critical Strike Damage for 5 seconds.
|Ring of the Sacrilegious Soul
|Automatically activate the following equipped Skills on Corpses around you:
|Tal Rasha's Iridescent Loop
|For each type of Elemental damage you deal, gain 10—15%[x] increased damage for 4 seconds. Dealing Elemental damage refreshes all bonuses.
|Writhing Band of Trickery
|Casting a Subterfuge Skill leaves behind a Decoy Trap that continuously Taunts and lures enemies. The Decoy Trap explodes after 3 seconds dealing 2.0-3.0 Shadow damage. Can occur every 12 seconds.
Barbarian Unique Items
Below you can find the Barbarian Unique Items. Only the Class of Barbarian can use these items.
|After gaining the final damage bonus from the Walking Arsenal Key Passive, you automatically cast Ground Stomp and gain [32-50] Fury. This cannot happen more than once every 15 seconds.
|Steel Grasp launches 2 additional chains. Enemies that have been pulled by Steel Grasp take 30-50% bonus damage from you for 3 seconds.
|Lucky Hit: Your Core Skills have up to a 20% chance to freeze enemies for 3 seconds and deal X Cold damage to them.
|Increase Frenzy's maximum stacks by 2. While you have maximum Frenzy, your other Skills gain [35-45]% increased Attack Speed.
|Fields of Crimson
|While using this weapon, damaging at least one enemy with Rupture creates a blood pool that inflicts X Bleeding damage over 6 seconds. Enemies standing in the pool take 20% increased Bleeding damage.
|Gohr's Devastating Grips
|Whirlwind explodes after it ends, dealing [16-26]% of the Base damage dealt to surrounding enemies as Fire damage.
|Upheaval ignites the ground, Burning enemies for an additional X damage over 4 seconds.
|Death Blow creates a shockwave, dealing [24-38]% of its Base damage to enemies. Enemies who die to this effect also reset Death Blow's Cooldown.
|Rage of Harrogath
|Lucky Hit: Up to a [20-40]% chance to reduce the Cooldowns of your Non-Ultimate Skills by 1.5 seconds when you inflict Bleeding on Elites.
|Ramaladni's Magnum Opus
|Skills using this weapon deal [0.2-0.4]% increased damage per point of Fury you have, but you lose 2 Fury every second.
|Ring of the Ravenous
|Rend’s duration is increased by 2.0–4.0 seconds. Damaging enemies with Brawling Skills applies 2 stacks of Rend's Bleed. This effect can only occur once every 4 seconds per enemy.
|Tuskhelm of Joritz the Mighty
|When you gain Berserking while already Berserk, you have a 40-60% chance to become more enraged granting 15% increased damage, 2 Fury per second, and 10% Cooldown Reduction.
Druid Unique Items
Below you can find the Druid Unique Items. Only the Class of Druid can use these items.
|Casting Boulder while Hurricane is active will cause your boulders to rotate around you.
|Debilitating Roar and Blood Howl deal x10% damage for each 100 Willpower you have to Nearby Poisoned enemies
|Greatstaff of the Crone
|Claw is now a Storm Skill and also casts Storm Strike at [120-150]% normal damage.
|Gain a bonus when you kill with a Shapeshifting Skill.
Werewolf: Your next Non-Ultimate Werebear Skill costs no Resource and has no Cooldown.
Werebear: Your next Werewolf Skill will Heal you for X when damage is first dealt.
|Werebear form is now your true form, and you gain +2 Ranks to all Werebear Skills.
|Mad Wolf's Glee
|Werewolf form is now your true form, and you gain +2 Ranks to all Werewolf Skills.
|Your Wolf Companions are infused with the power of the storm, dealing Lightning damage and gaining the Storm Howl ability.
|Lucky Hit: Storm Skills have up to a [15-20]% chance to grant 4 Spirit. Your base Storm Skills are now also Werewolf Skills.
|Unsung Ascetic's Wraps
|Lightning Storm gains 1 additional strike each time it grows. Lightning Storm Critical Strikes cause lightning to strike twice, dealing 10–20% increased damage.
|Your Earth Skills are now also Werebear Skills and Fortify you.
|Gain Stealth for 2 seconds when killing enemies with Shred. Breaking Stealth with an attack grants Ambush, which guarantees Critical Strikes for [1-2.5] seconds.
Necromancer Unique Items
Below you can find the Necromancer Unique Items. Only the Class of Necromancer can use these items.
|Corpse Explosion consumes up to 4 additional Corpses around the initial Corpse, dealing [120-130]% increased damage and with a [20-25]% larger radius per additional Corpse.
|Blood Artisan's Cuirass
|When you pick up Blood Orbs, a free Bone Spirit is spawned, dealing bonus damage based on your current Life percent.
|Blood Moon Breeches
|Your Minions have a 3-7% chance to curse enemies. Enemies affected by at least 1 of your curses take 70% increased Overpower damage from you.
|Your Darkness Skills Chill enemies for up to 100%.
Lucky Hit: Your Darkness Skills deal 20%-50% bonus damage to Frozen enemies and have up to a 100% chance to generate [7-10] additional Essence against Frozen targets.
|Bone Spear leaves behind echoes as it travels that explode, dealing 5% increased damage for every 30% of your Critical Strike Bonus Damage stat.
|Blood Surge casts a mini nova on your Minions, dealing X damage. Damage is increased by 10% per target drained by the initial cast, up to 50%.
|Greaves of the Empty Tomb
|Create desecrated ground beneath your Sever specters as they travel, damaging enemies for X Shadow damage over 2 seconds.
|Howl from Below
|Instead of detonating immediately, Corpse Explosion summons a Volatile Skeleton that charges at a random enemy and explodes. Corpse Explosion's damage is increased by [30-40]%.
|Lucky Hit: While you have an active Bone Storm, hitting an unaffected enemy has a [5-25]% chance to spawn an additional Bone Storm at their location. Each of your active Sacrifice bonuses increases the chance by 25% and the total number of additional Bone Storms you can have by +1.
|You are Blood Lanced, and when Blood Lance would deal damage to you it instead Fortifies you for 1–2% of your Maximum Life and has a 5% chance to form a Blood Orb. Blood Lance deals 10–20%[x] increased damage.
|Ring of Mendeln
|Lucky Hit: Up to a 10% chance to empower all of your Minions, causing the next attack from each to explode for X Physical damage.
Rogue Unique Items
Below you can find the Rogue Unique Items. Only the Class of Rogue can use these items.
|Hits with this weapon increase your Attack Speed by [4-6]% for 4 seconds, up to [20-30]%.
|When you cast an Ultimate skill, your next Core skill consumes all of your energy and deals 0.5–1.5% increased damage per Energy consumed. Using a Cooldown restores 5 energy.
|Your Core Skills deal [20-40]% increased damage when spending 3 Combo Points. Your Basic Skills using this weapon have a 30% chance to generate 3 Combo Points.
|Cowl of the Nameless
|You gain [15-25]% increased Lucky Hit Chance against Crowd Controlled enemies.
|Penetrating Shot makes enemies Vulnerable for 3 seconds. Every 4th cast bounces off walls and scenery and deals 20%–40%[x] bonus damage.
|Eyes in the Dark
|Unless it hits a Boss or Players, Death Trap will continue to re-arm itself until it kills an enemy. However, Death Trap's damage is increased by [30-50]%, however Cooldown is increased by [15-20]%.
|Grasp of Shadow
|Lucky Hit: Damaging a Vulnerable enemy with a Marksman or Cutthroat Skill has up to a [24-34]% chance to summon a Shadow Clone that mimics your attack.
|While you have unlimited Energy from Inner Sight, your Core Skills have a 60-80% chance to spawn Caltrops, Poison Trap, or Death Trap.
|The first direct damage you deal to an enemy is a guaranteed Critical Strike. When you consume Precision casting a Skill, that Skill gains x10–30% increased Critical Strike Damage and you gain 20–40 Energy.
|Lucky Hit: Hits with this weapon have up to a [30-40]% chance to deal double damage and Knock Back the target.
|World of Hakan
|Your Rain of Arrows is always Imbued with all Imbuements at once.
Sorcerer Unique Items
Below you can find the Sorcerer Unique Items. Only the Class of Sorcerer can use these items.
|Lucky Hit: Damaging an enemy has up to a 30% chance of forming an exploding Ice Spike, dealing 0.25-0.35 Cold damage. Triple this chance if the enemy is Frozen.
|Esadora's Overflowing Cameo
|Upon collecting Crackling Energy, there's a 15% chance to release a lightning nova, dealing X Lightning damage, increased by 50% for every 100 Intelligence you have.
|Your Critical Strike Chance is increased by [20-30]% of your Movement Speed bonus.
|While Channeling Incinerate, you periodically shoot embers that are attracted to enemies, each dealing X Fire damage.
|Gloves of the Illuminator
|Fireball now bounces as it travels, exploding each time it hits the ground, but its explosion deals [35-25]% less damage.
|Enemies that die while Frozen have a [21-30]% chance to unleash a Frost Nova.
|Raiment of the Infinite
|After using Teleport, Close enemies are Pulled to you and Stunned for [2-3] seconds, but Teleport's Cooldown is increased by 20%.
|Staff of Endless Rage
|Every 3rd cast of Fireball launches 2 additional projectiles dealing [20-40]% bonus damage.
|Staff of Lam Esen
|Your cast of Charged Bolts have a [40-60]% chance to be attracted to enemies and last 300% longer.
|Meteor now has 2 charges and a 11–6 second Charge Cooldown instead of a Mana cost and drops 3 additional meteors around the target. Meteor's Enchantment effect and Enhanced Meteor drop 1 additional meteor.
|Gain the effect of the Teleport Enchantment for free. When you Evade using Teleport Enchantment, you are taken to a random location.
