What are the Best Sets for Fire DPS in ESO
Below you can find the best Fire DPS Armor Sets in ESO! There are several more worthy Sets you can use with success but those are the Best Sets every Fire damage based Build must have in ESO!
1. Silks of the Sun
Silks of the Sun is an Overland Light Armor Set. Its special effect provides a permanent Damage buff to your Fire Damage abilities! An excellent Set to use if you wish to create a strong and effective Fire DPS Build!
The Set drops in the starter Stonefalls zone and is easy to farm from Overworld enemies, Delves and Public Dungeon. No DLC is necessary to access the zone.
2. Elf Bane
Elf Bane is another great Set for Fire damage based Builds. A Heavy Armor Set that you can buy in Cyrodiil. Its special effect extends the duration of your Fire Damage over Time abilities, providing an overall damage boost! Since it is a Heavy Set, it will be mostly useful as Weapons and Jewelry for DPS roles.
To obtain the Set you will need to enter Cyrodiil(open world PVP zone, no DLC required) and buy pieces from the Elite Vendor in Vlastarus town. Which makes it riskier to acquire it. You can always buy pieces from other players. If you are new to ESO PVP, you can read my PVP Beginner Guide!
3. Burning Spellweave
Burning Spellweave is a great fire damage based Set for DPS roles. The Set does not deal Fire damage but instead it boosts your overall damage when dealing damage with a Fire ability. This makes it more flexible and easier to use with every Class in the game.
You can farm the Set inside the City of Ash 1 and City of Ash 2 Dungeons, in normal or veteran difficulty! No DLC is necessary to access the dungeons.
4. Shadow of the Red Mountain
Shadow of the Red Mountain is a Medium Overland Set that drops in the Stonefalls zone as well! The set spawns a volcano that deals fire damage to enemies nearby and is a nice option for PVP Builds! No DLC is necessary to access the zone.
5. Way of Fire
Way of Fire is a Heavy Overland Set! The Set deals additional Fire damage when you deal damage with a weapon! A nice set if you wish to add some extra fire damage to your attacks. Since it is a Heavy Set, it will be mostly useful as Weapons and Jewelry for DPS roles. The Set drops in the Craglorn zone and no DLC is required to access it!
