1. Silks of the Sun

Silks of the Sun is an Overland Light Armor Set. Its special effect provides a permanent Damage buff to your Fire Damage abilities! The Set drops in the starter Stonefalls zone and is easy to farm from Overworld enemies, Delves and Public Dungeon. No DLC is necessary to access the zone.

2. Elf Bane

Elf Bane is another great Set for Fire damage based Builds. A Heavy Armor Set that you can buy in Cyrodiil. Its special effect extends the duration of your Fire Damage over Time abilities, providing an overall damage boost! Since it is a Heavy Set, it will be mostly useful as Weapons and Jewelry for DPS roles. To obtain the Set you need to enter Cyrodiil(open world PVP zone, no DLC required) and buy pieces from the Elite Vendor in Vlastarus town. Which makes it a riskier Set to acquire. This set summons a Cindermoth when you deal damage, that seeks the closest enemy and explodes, dealing Fire damage and Burning to all enemies nearby. A strong Fire Damage based Set that also applies the Burning Status Effect in a wide area and multiple enemies. You can farm the Cinders of Anthelmir Set inside the Oathsworn Pit Dungeon. The Scions of Ithelia DLC is necessary to access the Dungeon.

4. Runecarver’s Blaze

Runecarver’s Blaze is a strong Fire Damage Set that boosts your offensive stats and deals additional Fire Damage. The Set deals extra damage every third tick of your Damage over Time effects, which makes it a powerful option for DoT based Builds in ESO! You can farm the Runecarver’s Blaze Set inside the Scrivener’s Hall Dungeon. The Scribes of Fate DLC is necessary to access the Dungeon.
