Deadly Cloak

Deadly Cloak is a Weapon skill, found in the Dual Wield Skill line. A nice support skill that deals damage but also protects the caster.

3780 Instant Cast Target: Self Base Skill: Blade Cloak
Envelop yourself in a protective cloak of razors, gaining Major Evasion for 20 seconds, reducing damage from area attacks by 20%. Every 2 second the shrapnel will pulse, dealing 566 Physical Damage to all enemies within 5 meters.

Deadly Cloak is a morph of the Blade Cloak base skill. The other morph is Quick Cloak.
