Set Description
The Set is available as a drop in the Bloodroot Forge Dungeon. To gain access to the Dungeon you must own the Horns of the Reach DLC. The Set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Magicka, Weapon and Spell Damage and Offensive Penetration. With its fifth piece bonus when you deal damage, you summon a line of flame that moves forward, dealing Flame Damage to any enemy in its path and applying the Burning Status effect. This effect scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.
A Light Armor Set that can be a decent alternative to Magicka DPS Builds. Its 2 to 4 piece bonuses can boost the offensive capabilities of every Magicka DPS Build. Its fifth piece bonus however is not as strong as it seems. The line of Flame is easy to avoid and has a long cooldown, something that makes this Set viable only in PVE. Even in that type of gameplay, it is not good enough to replace other more offense focused, Light Armor Sets.
