The Set is available as a drop in the Dragonstar Arena, located in the Craglorn zone. No DLC is required to access the zone or the Arena. The Set’s bonuses boost your Maximum Magicka, Critical Chance, Weapon and Spell Damage. With its fifth piece bonus while you have a Destruction Staff equipped, your Maximum Magicka is increased. A Magicka DPS Set that can be used as a support set for every Magicka based Build.
This set is mostly good for beginners that want to increase their Maximum Magicka. Although its 2 to 4 piece bonuses can be helpful to every Magicka based Build, its special effect is not that strong to make it a top option. The Set is available with the base game and you can farm it from the 4-man Dragonstar Arena, in Normal or Veteran difficulty.
